Carrie is native to New Mexico and has been in healthcare since 2000. Her undergraduate training and research in Nutrition and Exercise Science kindled her interest to be more involved and have a greater impact with her patients’ outcome. She went on to University of St. Francis to obtain her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant studies.

Since 2004 Carrie has worked as a P.A. in urgent care, long term acute care hospitals, acute rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing and facilities. Carrie is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Away from the office she enjoys spending time with her husband andthree sons as well as many outdoor activities including running, cycling, and swimming. Carrie loves New Mexico’s great weather, beautiful scenery, and diverse culture.
